• [x] Update 'Cell' entity type to include billing, client info, etc
• [x] Create new Flex Preamp entity
• [x] Create new Cell Flex Pool and Nuclei Flex Pool entities - make sure billing etc fields are there
• [x] Remove sample name from Flex Aliquot protocol
• [x] Redo Flex Aliquot entity ID - make it similar to dilutions, look for other aliquot example
