So, here it is the limit adjuster ready to be used by the community to easily add their own limits.

Basically I rewrote the entire thing, but in a brief, the main changes were:

Proper directory structure
CMake files to generate project files for any compiler
Changed license from GPL to MIT
Simple and easy interface to add new limits (See doc/Creating Your Own Adjuster.txt)
Using injector library instead of CPatch
Changed the ini parser
