Add feature highlights to landing page

Overview

Setup the templating to add feature highlights to our landing page

Details:

• The design should be similar to this figma: https://www.figma.com/file/XuOeq3fIFUqGzWdQYsRbt5?node-id=630:3746&mode=design#590487658
• Make a ts file that exports a features array. Each feature should have a title, description, and image url
• In the landing page right before the footer at the bottom, iterate over the features array and make feature sections that have the header/description/image/background alternating sides/colors like the figma.
