Everywhere in the application/code base where it displays text that says "you are filling out a foster application" or "thanks for applying" to foster a dog needs to be changed to saying "you are filling out a foster offer" and "thanks for submitting an offer"
This is for sure in the success (and maybe the error) toast when you submit a foster offer, and in the email template that gets sent out. Should double check for other places as well though (cmd+f on the codebase please)
