Tag component

Issue Description

Create a new tag component.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Tag component follows Figma mocks

• [x] Tag component has associated testing in same PR

• [x] Tag component does not use CSS, and instead uses styled components

• Link to BrigeUI's Tag component. Try following the same structure, also checkout their theme.js file if needed.
