Description

Closes #137

This PR creates a slider component, although currently in the draft phase. Some styling has been added + the tooltip roughly follows the slider range thumb.

What was the final verdict on the slider @alysonlam @lilyyang606 ? The code looks fine to me but the slider does not match the Figma mocks.
