Fix Netlify auto-deploy #71

Issue Description

Right now there is no automatic deployment set up for Netlify. We need to manually build and deploy but this can be automated.

Acceptance Criteria

User Story

Deployment is painful, fix this please.

Closing this issue as most of the config work needed to be done on the Netlify console and auto-deploy with previews works now!
