[SPIKE] Investigate bugs on the npm package #83

Issue Description

Currently when import from the npm package, the following components are either not rendered properly or missing:

  1. Input
  2. Switch
  3. Radiobutton

We need to investigate why these components cannot be rendered and what may be cause issues.
