Issue Description

Right now the Radio Button has a bunch of issues.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] isDisabled function does nothing. It should disable the buttons.
[x] Write testing

Additionally, the way we currently export the radio button is as an individual radio button. It would be better to export the radio button as a group.
