Feature 10: Nonprofits should be able to add and remove remove filters from the mailing list before exporting it.

Feature 11: Nonprofits should be able to view their applied filters on the mailing list tab.

Fix Mailing list filters on the left side tab
Display applied filters on right side tab after "Add To Mailing List Button" is pressed
Create an option to delete applied feature from exportable Mailing list
