Description

Users need to be able to view the dog dashboard on mobile. You will implement front end changes to match the designs of the figma.

Please reference the mobile designs for:

Table view seen by admin, instructor/caregivers, and managers
Card dashboard seen by volunteers/recipients

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Designs match figma
[ ] Functionalities are preserved on mobile
