[FE] Placed dogs edit form #168

Description

When a dog has Location: Placed the edit form has two issues:

  1. The additional properties associated with placed dogs like partner, placement and placement camp are not shown automatically in the form
  2. The Save button is not clickable and form stays in editing state until Cancel is clicked
