Fix Setting LimitedAssociation - we fixed this on Daniel's branch but not in dev
Fix Next.js HTML component mobile size - Next.js's HTML component does not take up the full screen on mobile views which causes formatting issues, this fixes it by setting the width to max content on smaller views. This change is already made on Madeline's branch, but should be in dev asap since multiple people are working on mobile rn

Navigating to /dogs repetitively calls /api/search. Had to revert this from dev
