[BACKEND] Hospitality Backend

Description

For this ticket, we want to develop the backend for the hospitality screen. This involves creating a new collection in the database and working with the developer assigned to the frontend (#78) to ensure everything is integrated. Take a look at the Figma to see everything that needs to be implemented
