Description

Develop the frontend for the fundraising planning modal along with the necessary backend.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Fundraising planning modal frontend developed.
[ ] Fundraising backend is implemented to enable the creation / deletion of fundraising events and any other tasks determined from the UI

Notes

Ensure data validation and error handling are implemented for reliability.
