Acceptance Criteria

[x] The expense form still shows up under the new date form
[x] Time deletion is buggy
[x] New event form and new expenses form auto-close sometimes [NEED TO REPRODUCE]
[x] New event form has some margin issues (CSS)
[x] Energy level displays incorrectly if one is not selected
