We want to be able to automatically pull in transactions from Heart of Passion's PayPal account in order to easily enable admins of Heart of Passion to classify donations to specific chapters of Heart of Passion.
As part of this ticket, we want to connect #86 to the frontend, and implement the flow for classifying donations.
Acceptance Criteria
[x] New transactions are displayed correctly
[x] After donations are assigned, the chapters total funds should increase accordingly
