I suggest implementation of MTFO.HotReload.HotReloader.AddOnReloadListener (Note: a singleton) and MTFO.HotReload.IHotManager now that the branch was merged

I'll consider adding it when MTFO update is officially out

wait could you potentially override BasePlugin.Unload as well?

Yeah I made an issue request on GTFO-API, ill have to wait for kas to either work on it, or help me do it myself
