Hello, there is an error in operation: ‘ModuleNotFoundError: No module named'packaging' how to solve this problem？

Could you please provide with more details about the error message, say it is detected in which python file and in which line. I am not quite sure if we used the module "packaging" before. Besides, you can always first install that package and see what happens.
