Uploaded a zip with logs of the game without either conflicting mods leading the game to work with entity id dumps, as well as alpha0010 which works fine, hopefully this is of use.
Removing mods that add entities so they fall below 256 also fixes the issue, no other mods seem to conflict if they fall above 256
