Visual Bug with Psychidelicraft and Crash with NetherOres #14

Hello i just wanted to tell you that this mod has come along very very well and I'd like to thank you for continuing it because i'd never thought i'd see the day that minecraft 1.7.10 would ever have proper colored lights...

Alright now the main reason why i'm making this bug report is because when i run Psychidelicraft with RPLE the whole world glows a turquoise like color and there are no lights present outside of the default while running with Psychedelicraft and I was hoping you could fix this bug. psychidelicraft glitch with rple https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/psychedelicraft/files/2240299 https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/ivtoolkit/files/2294442 latest.log fml-client-latest.log

psychidelicraft's fixed as of the recent update, just netherores needs a proper fix
