Refine shapefiles #23

make sure the shapefiles are the correct versions and high enough quality.

look at HUC6 and HUC8 etc.

Did some updating of shapefiles (CRS etc) under issue #11, sorrrrry. Will make sure to create a proper new feature through gitflow from now on!

Original shapefiles issue (#22) closed. Things to (potentially) still look at: land use data and waterbodies from St John's. Problem is that the original files are very large, cover the whole of Florida, and before being able to crop, you have to run st_make_valid() to fix any issues. Which takes forever and does not finish. Have gone online to see if I could download a subset of this data - does not seem to be possible. Save this for later.

Not happy about the county shapefile. Looks very rough, especially compared to the GTMNERR boundaries file.
