Main page: add HUC shapefiles and stations? #35

Add HUC shapefiles to load onto the main page. Think about stations. Right now it is showing the WQ stations from the GTM data, not ideal. Idea: drop down menu to show markers for the different datasets - or rather, variables?

Finished this - only shows wq data as a data type on the main page for now. But works
