WIN cleaning script update 1.0 #37

select only columns that we need
- RowID
- Stationcode
- StationName
- long
- lat
- units
- variable name
  - (standardize all names here)
- result (actual number/measurement)
- Date

Change all "WIN" to "waterquality"

@ChristopherMarais Not sure if you have already started this? I have already made some updates to the cleaning script (and the lookup table for renaming variables) because I needed it to get the selection methods to work properly, see feature #36 (has been pushed to github on Friday)
