add newly generated secrets and tokens to Github #8

Tokens and secrets need to be hidden for security purposes. Only Admins can perform this task.

The required changes to all the files have been made, now secrets just have to be updated.

@ChristopherMarais I assume you have the tokens/secrets, since you set up the shinyapps.io? I have made you owner so you have full admin access to the organization, so you can add the secrets.
