Figure 4.1 (a)

Just a thought - Since this figure is updated quarterly and includes the current year. I wonder if it might be better to reverse the order of the quarters - meaning having Jan-Mar on the bottom and Oct-Dec on the top.

The graph is produced using the SWMPrExtension package, therefore, I don't know how much flexibility there is in changing that. I don't really mind the first of the year being on the top of the bar, though.
