Figure 4.1 a Suggestion - Make legend a little bigger

Figure 4.1 b Suggestion - Make "Horizontal line represents current year monthly average" text bigger

Figure 4.1 a and b Just a thought - Should we use the same units either in or mm not both?

Units were adjusted (they were the same, the label was incorrect on the stacked figure. Also, resolution to #8 helped address the first two comments!
