Your Expectation

To place a Large Heat Exchanger structure horizontally, with hot fluid input on the north side, and cold fluid output on the south side.

The Reality

Three of the four horizontal orientations (E->W, S->N, W->E) work correctly. However the LHE controller when placed horizontally can not be rotated so that the top of the structure faces south. The controller goes from eastward orientation directly to westward, skipping over south.

Your Proposal

Fix the structure rotation logic so that the multiblock can be rotated in any allowed direction.

I believe I know what causes this, and it's on my radar. A few other multis also have similar problems.
