Producing CO2 in an LCR using carbon, oxygen and circuit 2

The Reality

When producing CO2 using carbon and Oxygen in an LCR, Galacticraft Planets CO2 is released, not Gregtech Carbon Dioxide. This gas should not exist and is broken in various ways:

• not visible in NEI
• not visible in fluid terminal
• does not work for recipes

the server has been set up clean from the server_2.4.0.zip file only the world and some additional mods and their configuration files have been carried over from 2.3

Small update: We had this problem yesterday, but dealt with it by being very specific with our recipes. After our daily reboot today, it didn't work, until I restarted it right now. I am unsure how broken it is right now. It can now be found in the ME, but there are still two types of CO2
