Add more planet blocks to PLanet Block Meteors To allow EOH catalyst Crafting for No-space runs

Your Proposal

Currently, the rocket tier meteors, catalyzed by heavy-duty ingots 1-2 and heavy-duty plates 3-8, give 1 type of stone from each planet of each tier, respectively. For example, the T3 heavy-duty plate gives Ceres Surface blocks, Callisto Surface Blocks, Europa Surface Blocks, Ganymede Surface Blocks, and Asteroid rock. Unfortunately, this causes a problem to no-space runs.

The EOH uses ore plugin worlds as catalysts to tell it what to do. These catalysts are made of ores and blocks found on that planet. Unfortunately, of the 40 EOH catalysts, only five are currently craftable to non-space runs: Twilight T0, Overworld T0, Neper T9, and Seth T9. All others are inaccessible.

If it weren't for exactly 1 tier of planets being inaccessible, it'd be fine. Unfortunately, tier 4 planets are un-craftable, and therefore, all progression is blocked at Black Dwarf Matter.

My Suggestion is thus: Either update meteors to contain all blocks from the plants they represent or allow planet blocks to be chiselled into each other, such as Io Surface blocks to Ash and Stone. Or maybe Molecular transformed. Or some other such way of transmutation. Or added to the space elevator in some way.

Your Goal

This change will allow no-space runs to complete EOH progression, thus, with the small, recent changes, be blocked from the Stargate only by one remaining roadblock: Draconic Evolution Chaos shards, which are then made into chaotic cores for ridiculously large capacitors.
