Sometimes when trying to insert pattern in interface terminal it fails to insert, and you are kicked from world to this screen: Then, when you enter the world, pattern can be located not in your inventory or proper interface, but laying as an item next to it.

Crash Report

fml-client-latest.log Maybe it's not actually a crash (just kick from the world), so correct issue if I am wrong.

Laying as an item like this

This problem occurs randomly, it could be also triggered every time if i change name of interface using wireless terminal, not if im using a quartz knife. for inserting pattern using wireless terminal of terminal, i can find the pattern laying exactly the same as above mentioned after im kicked out of the server.
