AE blocking mode is ignored when inserting into a Linked Input Bus

Your Expectation

Use an ME interface to insert pattern ingredients into a Linked Input Bus.

Enable blocking mode on the interface.

Expect only one recipe to be pushed into the bus at the same time.

The Reality

Blocking mode setting is ignored, AE pushes items into a linked input bus even if it already contains items.

Issue occurs both with an interface directly on the bus, as well as with the standard subnet setup with advanced blocking card.

Your Proposal

Make blocking mode work correctly with linked input buses.

Just my tuppence: Had this until i used an advanced blocking card (ABC) in 2.5.1 for first time. Had pretty much skipped 2.4-2.5.1 when i took a break, so not sure if this was intended or an unintended feature/change when they added the (ABC).
