This PR fixes two minor sg trophy quest related issues.
The UEV gate quest asked for 62 SC coil blocks, which is the amount needed for 1 gate, but it should require the amount for 2 gates (124)
The UMV gate quest was slightly too far to the left on the endgame goals page
