I wrenched an Iron Furnace I had lying around to use in a crafting recipe, but it still had a bucket of Creosote Oil in its inventory. I expected that to pop out when I picked it up.
The Reality
The Iron Furnace was picked up, but the bucket that was inside vanished. Thank goodness I didn't have anything smelted in it too.
Your Proposal
The bucket should pop out as well, like any other container would do when broken.
