is that specific to a particular machine or situation?

also that seems to ME somewhere between stuff that I cant read. Are you sure its not actually an ME output hatch instead?

its actually a ME output hatch. in my server,it had occured in some qft whose some output will be store in matter condenser and some machine used when palcing orders. I removed the matter condenser or replaced it with ME fluid storage cell and the lag of qft disappeared. And if i directly connect the output to the storage ME subnet without going through the main ME network,the lag of the machine used when palcing orders will disappear,but the output will not enter the cpu if i do this.
