When I create a bacterial vat, put it on c1 and add water, yeast and the culture dish, it should create the c1 recipe of Common Yeast Fluid

The Reality
When I create a bacterial vat, put it on c1 and add water, yeast and the culture dish, it creates the non-circuit recipe of Generic High Proof
Your Proposal
Either add a circuit to the non-circuit recipe, or (idk if this is possible) de-prioritize the recipe for the generic high proof
Final Checklist
[X] I have searched this issue tracker and there is nothing similar already. Posting on a closed issue saying the bug still exists will prompt us to investigate and reopen it once we confirm your report.
[X] I can reproduce this problem consistently by follow the exact steps I described above, or this does not need reproducing, e.g. recipe loophole.
[X] I have asked other people and they confirm they also have this problem by follow the exact steps I described above, or this does not need reproducing, e.g. recipe loophole.
For people here looking for a solution, this can be mitigated by simply locking the output hatch to the right fluid, but I think that's not a permanent solution
