An early-game inventory management feature like Quark's chest buttons, minus the sort one of course. Merge deposit to chest is one I feel would be most useful. The ability to deposit everything in your inventory that's already in the chest. You don't necessarily have to add the feature that deposits items to all nearby chests if that's too easy. Shouldn't be too hard to implement since Inventory Tweaks is already a GTNH fork.
Your Goal
It would save a lot of time from coming back from mining trips or with inventories full of mob drops from the Twilight Forest for example. Especially once you have diamond chests to put things into.
Your Vision
I don't think this would overshadow things like the ItemSink module from Logistics Pipes, because it would only be used manually and doesn't scale as well.
