I upgrade my stellar alloy helmet with Goggles of Revealing and press the button that turns them off.
The Reality
Goggles of Revealing don't turn off. Bug exists only on End Steel and Stellar armor. The same upgrade on Dark Steel armor works correctly. On following screenshots you can see messages in chat and a node, that continues to be highlighted after disabling Goggles of Revealing:
