In the E_TOO_MANY_KEYS and maybe the controls tab of the settings as well, add "If you have a different keyboard layout, using the java 17-21 version might help you in being able to use certain keys for keybinds" in for other players to know that they can use special character keys when using the Java 17-21 version which one is not able to use with the Java 8 version of the modpack.
Your Goal
I personally have a german QWERTZ-layout keyboard and only discovered this after using the Java 17-21 version on my potato Laptop, and when I was playing only on my main PC where I downloaded GTNH through my launcher from Curseforge I was not able to use i.e. 'ü','ö' or 'ä' keys.
The controls tab specifically as players might go there first before loading into a world and looking at the quests, and to therefore (if possible) respect a players time (especially on lower end hardware where loading the pack and creating a world might take longer).
So I want other players to have the possibility of knowing that information earlier than me in their GTNH-journey.

It would improve the pack by giving players with alternative keyboard layouts more information, and might especially help those that do not know that a java 17-21 version exists or that only that version might support all their keys. Also, it isn't a big change (at least if you only add it to the quest).
