World Gets Stuck on Loading Screen - Only Loads Through Backups

I just tried to load the world normally. After pressing play, I let it and I don't touch any buttons. The world will go through its usual loading screen but ends up hanging on the on the block background. Force closing both GTNH and Prism through the task manager breaks both programs forcing me to restart my laptop.

For additional context, I'm using the Prism Launcher. I've also switched from Java 8 to Java 21 to attempt to resolve this issue. I've also dedicated a minimum of 5GB and a maximum of 10GB of RAM. The world WILL load through a previously created backup. This issue mainly occurs after loading the game anytime after closing it. Restoring the world through a backup is a temporary fix so long as I don't close the game in any way.
