Add Crystal Block to IC2 Mana Bean seed requirement to fully mature alongside with Crystal Cluster.

Your Goal

Make automated farming better.

Your Vision

Since Crystal Clusters break into shards, they needed to be recrafted. Crystal Blocks do not break to Cluster or shards and require some work to get the block. In my opinion that would be fair.
