I noticed this bug on the server, then went to SinglePlayer to check.
I have full cycled system for distilled water through a cooling tower. One Extreme Heat Exchanger, XL Turbo SC Steam Turbine (12x Infinity Huge Turbines), Coolant Tower with 26 UHV Input Hatch. Extreme Heat Exchanger have access to distilled water through Stocking Input Hatch, Niobium Plasma (for test).
I expected that the amount of distilled water in the system would not change or would decrease very slowly, but I found that it was growing rapidly. When I changed the Stocking Input Hatch to Input Hatch with Fluid Export Bus, the water consumption became what it should be. After several tests, it became clear that the Extreme Heat Exchanger consumed significantly less distilled water through the Stocking Input Hatch
The Reality
The amount of water in the system was growing rapidly, which means distilled water was duplicated
Your Proposal
Fix the Stocking Input Hatch distilled water consumption
