Expected AE2 to work normally and not void items upon craft finish or just manually inputted items

The Reality

items are getting voided ticks after they're inputted into the ae system

not sure what caused this to happen so this is just a log for other people who are experiencing the same issue

Apparently breaking and replacing ME Drives only fixed it temporarily, it's happening again
