I set up a buck converter, and all was well. I quit the game because I have a life, came back later, and the buck converter said it had zero output in its interface, so I bumped it up again.
The Reality
Everything exploded. Upon further testing, when reloading a world, the interfaces of all buck converters get reset back to zero, while what they are actually outputting stays the same as what they were before. Pressing the + or - buttons changes the EU output relative to what the converter is actually outputting, and the new numbers on the interface are completely irrelevant. I can easily reproduce and test this in creative with a debug power generator, a buck converter, a cable, an energy trash can, and a GT EU meter.
Your Proposal
Upon reloading, the interface of buck converters should stay true to what they are actually outputting.

[X] I can reproduce this problem consistently by follow the exact steps I described above, or this does not need reproducing, e.g. recipe loophole.
