What did you try to do, and what did you expect to happen?

Trying to make OC microchips T1, even the quest says you can use all three tiers of MV circs aka goodcircuits it seems that only the basic one works according to NEI

What happened instead? (Attach screenshots if needed)

Nothing, ive put materials into the machine and nothing, even tried to swap transistors for SMD version

What do you suggest instead/what changes do you propose?

Check the recipe / add all three circuits to be usable

Same Problem with Tier 3 microchips. It somehow only works for the Tier 2 microchip.
