support for manuals in /doc folder #17

I translated some mods months ago, and updated text keys in /lang folders via paratranz. However,it seems that manuals in /doc folders are not supported by paratranz project yet. I wonder if it will be supported later, or I should upload translation for manuals by PR in GitHub directly.

I see OpenComputers and Computronics have doc assets, anything else? And yes, I might work on the feature later, but until then you can submit PRs directly.

These two mods are actually what I'm talking about, I will PR later.
