[RFC] Mob difficulty system #5

For 3.0 I'd like to overhaul whole mob tiering system. ATM in 2.0 thanks to Infernal Mobs mobs are just annoyance, nothing else. You're not rewarded for skill in any way, it's all dependant on luck whether you get infernal or not and which kind. There's nothing you can do to deal with it other than cross your fingers and grind your teeth until you get high enough tech to kill them. And then they're left behind. For newer MC versions there are mods now allowing you to tier and spawn mobs around the player based on his achievements. This means we can gradually increase the difficulty of mobs based on available tech of the player, meaning you can still provide challenge while allowing the player to get the best equipment available to him to mitigate the harder mobs. You can even set which mobs spawn so with large enough pool there can be always something new with new mechanics. Great thing also is you can alter mobs based on dimension. So no longer would mobs on Moon+ be just ping pong material.
