TecTech provides debug/creative:

• Power Gen
• Pollution Gen
• Maint. Hatch

GTpp provides just a power gen and pollution gen last I have checked, if we could get

• Creative Item Supplier
• Creative Fluid/Gas supplier

That would be the only real thing I can think of that would benefit debugging.
