A fix to the warp tumor. #31

It currently isn't viable in the pack, you get 60+ warp just to temp store 50 warp, and it wasn't ever reduced in price, this fix will make it delete the 50 warp. Which will solve all of the issues it was previously having. it will still be relatively expensive for what it is, but it will give a pre-IV option to perm warp removal if someone is willing to go the 22 researches + revelations deep needed for this.

yeah sure, but I'm leaving it in there in case someone wants to actually balance it later on, it's current form is literally useless

I commented out the code that adds the 50 warp back to the player, you literally get more warp getting to it than it removes. In current form the warp tumor is literally useless, I've been trying to get you guys to do literally anything to it to make it more useful for awhile now to no avail, so I'd at least want it to have a purpose besides "It removes less warp than it takes to get it, costs 10 nether stars to set up initially, and it one of the most research gated recipes in thaumcraft... Yup, tHiS iS bAlAnCeD aFtEr ThE wArP cAp UpDaTe that literally doubled every other warp related issue."

It shouldn't have been fixed in the first place dream, it was balanced before it was fixed, now it's just shite.
