Buff the warp tumor #32

it will remove 50 perm warp instead of the current storage, 50 isn't enough in the current warp meta since we doubled the warp limits, and likewise, the impure tear is horrifically underpowered with it's meager 5 warp removal for the entirety of what it is.

As such, adding this as a new warp removal mechanic that is hidden deep in research and warp is necessary!

I did, I delete the code this time, that's what it needs

This seems to prevents the warped tumor from adding back the warp that the tumor absorbed. The research page should be updated to reflect this.

nope i am against this change. Feel free to increase the warp the tumor can store or add an advanced version but this change will not be added. The tumor is not a pure tear.
